SAN ANTONIO — All Luby’s and Fuddruckers locations could be closing by the end of the year.

According to financial filings, the company plans to dispose of most of its assets by the end of the year, with a final liquidation of the remaining assets set for June 30, 2022.

Luby’s, Inc. has also asked for forgiveness of a $10million loan it received in April 2020. The request is being reviewed by the Small Business Administration.

58 Luby’s locations, and 24 Fuddruckers locations could be closed forever by the end of 2021.
