A woman’s résumé hack is all over TikTok because it’s brilliant . . . and because it’s weird you have to go to these lengths in 2024. It all hinges on the fact that companies use A.I. to filter out job candidates now. Here’s the hack: Just copy the entire job description and paste it somewhere into your résumé in the tiniest font possible. Then make the font white, so it’s invisible. A.I. will still see it, and it’ll have all the keywords it’s looking for.
