Taylor Swift's "Reputation" tour kicks off in 2 days, and instead of running through a rehearsal in an empty stadium, Taylor invited a group of foster kids to sit in for a private performance! SO Taylor! <3 But the love didn't stop there. Taylor also surprised an 8-year old fan recovering from severe burns at a Phoenix hospital. Her visit was in response to a video the young girl's parents filmed of her, asking Taylor to visit because she wouldn't be able to make the concert. PEOPLE
