Here’s a fun experiment/trick you can do with your kids. This guy on Instagram claimed that honey has memory. He went on to explain that you can tell if it’s “real” honey by putting a dab of it in a bowl, cover with cold water and then shake back & forth. After a few moments, honeycomb appears to appear!?!!

Upon further research, this phenomenon is due to the thickness of the sugar syrup, but it sure is cool!
