The Corner of Nacogdoches & Nacogdoches

This Is Where My Phones Navigation Started Melting Down.

If you have spent anytime driving around San Antonio, you know that the roads don’t tend to go in a straight line for long.

Bulverde crosses both 1604 and 281. So does Stone Oak Parkway.

The compass in my car has shown every direction at one point or another across Wurzbach Parkway.

To save my life I can’t tell give the proper N/S/E/W directions on 410.

With all the quirky travel issues we have in the Alamo City, never in my life have I stumbled across a street that appears to cross itself. And I’m sorry, but its one of the more complicated streets to pronounce and spell. I had to triple check it earlier.

Nacogdoches & Nacogdoches. I have never been more confused. Is this a joke? Can it really happen? Did we run out of street names?

It wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it were the intersection of Military & Military. In many ways that would make sense for our city. We are Military City USA. Lets see if we can make that happen.
