Trader Joe’s named America’s favorite grocery store

It’s that time of year! The American Customer Satisfaction Index has put out its report on Americans’ favorite supermarkets, and it looks like Publix has been dethroned.

The study looks at metrics including convenience of store hours, ease of pickup, reliability of app and more.
