Days after Minnesota authorities said that they would not be pursuing criminal charges in the death of Prince, Prince's family has filed a lawsuit against Walgreens and a hospital in Illinois. Prince died from an apparent overdose. Authorities could not pin down one person or entity to charge, but the family believes that the hospital and pharmacy Prince used a week before his death, could have done more. MORE HERE
