Mischa Barton voluntarily went to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after she was spotted hanging over her fence and rambling about her mom being a witch and the earth shattering - prompting neighbors to call the police. Mischa was only wearing a dress shirt at the time and witnesses snapped photos of the incident, which you can see here. By the time police arrived, she seemed to be coherent, but voluntarily went to the hospital for a mental exam. In 2009 Mischa was involuntarily hospitalized for what she now calls a "full-on breakdown." TIME, TMZ
