Mia Farrow's adopted son died following a car accident yesterday. Thaddeus Wilk Farrow was 27 years old. As a child, he suffered from polio and was paraplegic as a result. Thaddeus was found injured by Connecticut state troopers and died at a hospital a couple hours later. Mia has adopted 10 children over the years, and Thaddeus is her third child to pass away. One of her other daughters, Soon-Yi is now married to Mia's ex-husband, Woody Allen. DailyMail
